On August 1, the men’s mode launches — the app will recalculate indexes three times a day and tell you when your energy is at its peak and when it’s best to slow down.

Morning “window” — the best time for complex analytics, presentations, negotiations.
MoodBoss tip: Schedule key tasks before noon, while your hormone charge is high.

2. Sports: “train by midday”
14:00 — Interest 65%, Anger 30%, Stress index 42%
Testosterone has already dropped, but cortisol is almost at zero — muscles are ready to work without excess “stress waste.”
Tip: Strength training or interval running in the afternoon gives greater gains and a lower risk of injury.

3. Evening: “slow it down”
22:00 — Calm 75%, Joy 40%, Stress index 48%
The body shifts to recovery mode.
Tip: Avoid difficult conversations and caffeine, spend two hours without bright lights — Calm will rise another ten points, and your sleep will be deeper.
