This disclaimer explains that all information and functions provided by MoodBoss are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease under the laws of the Russian Federation (Federal Law No. 323-FZ), nor do they qualify as a medical device under Regulation (EU) 2017/745 or 21 CFR § 820 (FDA).
2. No Medical Services
MoodBoss is not a medical device and is not licensed or registered as such.
The developers, content authors, and distributors do not practice medicine online, and no physician-patient relationship is created.
Any recommendations, forecasts, or reminders generated by the app are general informational cues and must not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
If necessary, consult a physician in person or via a licensed telemedicine service.
3. Emergency Situations
If you experience life-threatening or severe symptoms, call emergency services immediately (e.g., 112 in the EU, 911 in the USA/Canada, or 103 in Russia) or go to the nearest medical facility.
Do not delay seeking medical attention based on information from the app.
4. Accuracy of Information
We rely on reputable scientific sources (e.g., UpToDate®, Speroff); however:
- Biological parameters vary between individuals.
- MoodBoss algorithms are probabilistic and may contain errors.
- Content can become outdated; although reviewed regularly, absolute accuracy or completeness is not guaranteed.
- Forecasts do not account for chronic conditions, medications, pregnancy, or menopause.
5. User Responsibility
By using MoodBoss, you acknowledge that you:
- Independently evaluate all provided information.
- Will not make health decisions without consulting a healthcare professional.
- Accept personal responsibility for consequences arising from use of the app.
6. Age Restrictions
MoodBoss is intended for users aged 16 and above. Users under 18 must use the app under parental or guardian supervision.

MoodBoss may contain links to external websites, articles, or services.
Links may lead to content that has not undergone medical review; we do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of such information.
We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, safety, or content of these external resources.
8. Limitation of Liability
Los Shaulov S.L. and its affiliates, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use—or inability to use—the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain and the laws of the Kingdom of Spain.
