MoodBoss turns your phone into an emotional thermometer.
Each day the app shows a Stress Index from 0 to 100 percent. The number is calculated from the sum of three negative emotions—anxiety, sadness and anger—there are six base emotions in total. The higher the percentage, the more energy your body spends fighting stress, with less remaining for useful tasks.

Why stress is never at “zero”

A little tension is natural: it keeps us awake and ready to act.
The goal is not to erase stress, but to keep it in the calm or light-breeze zone most of the week. When the index climbs, the body starts “borrowing” energy from other areas—hence fatigue, irritability or lack of focus.

How to use the index in daily life

Morning. Look at MoodBoss after waking up and having a glass of water.

Shared calendar. When two indexes appear side by side, it becomes easier for partners to choose a quiet day for important decisions and avoid needless disputes.

Weekly review. Open the chart once a week: if storms are frequent, check sleep, diet and activity levels.

Personal recovery kit. Note three methods that help you reset—favourite music, a warm shower, gentle stretching—and do them as soon as the wind starts to rise.

Important to note

The Stress Index is a compass, not a verdict.
A high percentage signals that internal fuel is running low, a low figure shows a surplus of energy for creation and connection. Inside the app you will also find six emotion indicators: they reveal which feeling pushes stress up and how to act accordingly.

Use the scale as a navigator: calm—go ahead; breeze—trim the sails; storm—seek a safe harbour. Whatever the inner weather, MoodBoss keeps you on the best course.
