Problem – Solution

Problem

Why does our mood change

Mood changes because hormones affect the brain in all people. For women, the key factor remains the menstrual cycle; for men, it’s the daily rhythm of testosterone and cortisol. For example, serotonin is responsible for a good mood, dopamine for motivation and joy, and adrenaline for stress and fear. Hormonal fluctuations can influence mood throughout life, especially during periods of growth, maturation, reproduction, and after.

Solution

MoodBoss — a pocket “thermometer” of emotions
Every morning, the app shows a Stress Index (0–100%) and six basic emotions (0–95%): joy, interest, calm, anxiety, sadness, anger. The numbers immediately make it clear — is it calm today or a storm, should you take on the maximum load or save your energy.

Solution

MoodBoss — a simple pocket-sized answer

Hormones are biologically active substances produced in the endocrine glands (thyroid, adrenal, gonads, etc.) that influence mood, psyche, and emotional state.
